Whether you are an experienced practitioner or brand new to meditation, Ricki Jean
creates a supportive atmosphere that invites us to connect to inner
knowing and spirituality. With guided meditation and music, we will
explore ways to bridge our outer and inner worlds to create a richer,
more meaningful life experience.
This practice is rooted in Heart Centered Meditation, which focuses on the attributes of the 4th Chakra; compassion, innate harmony, unconditional love, and a healing presence. Each class will incorporate time for self-reflection and personal expression. This meditation practice will cultivate greater inner capacity and help to achieve balance between mind and body—skills that add richness and joy to everyday life. Please bring a journal and pen to class.The 7:30am class is 30 minutes in duration and a $10 drop-in rate. |
